Great Divide Mining Ltd has inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Great Eastern Gold Ltd for the exploration of toll treatment options for its Yellow Jack ore at the nearby Big Rush Gold Mine. This strategic collaboration aims to lower capital expenditures and accelerate project timelines for the Yellow Jack development. The partnership between the two companies is expected to lead to a formal Toll Treatment Agreement, facilitating mining optimization and the subsequent application for a Mining Lease.
