Great Divide Mining Ltd has reported a change in director Adam Arkinstall’s interest in the company, revealing an on-market purchase of 41,422 fully paid ordinary shares, valued at $11,032.52. The acquisition has increased Arkinstall’s total holdings in the company to 202,389 shares through his super fund, with indirect interests remaining unchanged in AG Investment Fund Pty Ltd and his minor son Archie’s holdings.
