Great Atlantic Resources has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $75,000 through the sale of 1,500,000 flow-through units at $0.05 each. This strategic financial move, backed by a long-term investor, will fund exploration activities on the company’s mineral properties in Atlantic Canada. Securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period and the transaction is pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
