Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. has announced an equity distribution agreement facilitating the sale of up to C$20 million in ordinary shares, exclusively on Canadian markets. The proceeds from this ‘at the market’ offering will be directed towards accelerating commercial and product development, as well as supporting the company’s operational capital needs. This offering will remain available until either the maximum proceeds are reached or until February 10, 2025.
