Gran Tierra Energy Inc. has announced the successful acquisition of i3 Energy Plc, now satisfying a key regulatory condition under Canada’s Competition Act. The acquisition, still subject to shareholder approval and other conditions, is set to be implemented through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Investors are advised to look out for further announcements regarding the remaining conditions and fulfillment of the acquisition terms.
