Grafton Group plc has announced an application for an additional listing of 1,000,000 units to support its 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan, with an expected trading commencement on the London Stock Exchange by May 16, 2024. These new units will be equally ranked with the existing Grafton Units and will be issued as entitlements are exercised under the plan.
