Grafton Group PLC announced the upcoming change in its key management, with Mr. Charles Rinn set to retire as Company Secretary and Financial Controller on July 8, 2024, after a remarkable 35-year career that contributed significantly to the company’s expansion. He will be succeeded by Ms. Susan Lannigan, currently Deputy Company Secretary and a qualified solicitor, who will become Group Company Secretary and General Counsel. The Chairman, Mr. Michael Roney, recognized Charles’s substantial impact on the company’s growth and expressed confidence in Susan’s capabilities.
