Grafton Group PLC has announced that Mark Robson, currently serving as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, is set to join Morgan Sindall Group plc as a Non-Executive Director from September 1, 2024. This move is in accordance with the regulatory requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2).
