GrafTech International Ltd. has announced the appointment of Timothy K. Flanagan as the new permanent Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately. Flanagan, who has been serving as the interim CEO since November 2023, brings extensive financial leadership experience from his previous roles, including his tenure as CFO at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. The Board also decided to expand from seven to eight members, appointing Flanagan as a director without additional pay. His compensation as CEO will see a base salary increase to $702,000, reflecting his transition from an interim to a permanent role, with his incentive plans also being adjusted accordingly.
