The GPT Group has released a Final Director’s Interest Notice announcing the cessation of Mr. Robert Whitfield AM as a director as of May 8, 2024. The notice confirms Whitfield’s registered interest in 27,500 stapled securities of the company. This marks a significant change in GPT’s leadership structure.
