Great Portland Estates plc has successfully let 20,000 square feet of retail space at Mount Royal, W1, to a trio of diverse brands, including Activate, an immersive gaming brand; Keikoo, a children’s toy store; and Caffé Concerto, an Italian restaurant. These new tenants will join the soon-to-open TK Maxx flagship and the regeared Superdrug store, significantly revitalizing the retail landscape of Oxford Street with a mixed offering set to launch in 2025. This move marks a substantial progression in GPE’s commitment to transforming Mount Royal into a dynamic retail destination.
