GP Industries Limited held its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, with Mr. Victor Lo presiding as Chairman and CEO. The meeting, which was well-attended by shareholders and directors, both in-person and virtually, focused on the voting of resolutions by poll as mandated by the company’s constitution and the SGX-ST listing requirements. All necessary documentation, including proxy forms and resolutions, were reported to be in order.
