Gowest Gold Ltd. has finalized a transaction to go private, with a group of its current shareholders buying out the remaining stakes at $0.15 per share, leading to the expected delisting of the company’s shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. The company also settled outstanding warrants and stock options as part of the arrangement, and will seek to terminate its public reporting obligations.
