Global One Real Estate Investment Corporation (JP:8958) has released an update.
Global One Real Estate Investment Corp. (GOR) has reported the acquisition of 2,347 of its own investment units in June 2024 for a total of 239,900,100 yen, as part of a strategy approved by the board which allows for up to 25,000 units to be acquired by the end of August 2024. The purchases are being made through the Tokyo Stock Exchange via discretionary transaction contracts with a securities company.
