Goodman Group Issues New Employee Incentive Securities

Goodman Group (AU:GMG) has released an update.

Goodman Group has announced the issuance of 11,928,500 performance rights under its employee incentive scheme on September 30, 2024. These newly issued securities are currently unquoted and subject to transfer restrictions, with no immediate quotation on the ASX planned until these restrictions expire.
