Good Natured Products Inc. has secured approval from the debentureholders for significant amendments to its convertible debentures, including a 50% partial redemption of the outstanding principal amount, an increase in the interest rate from 7% to 10%, and an extension of the maturity date from 2026 to 2029. The company will also convert a portion of the debt into common shares and has planned to delist the convertible debentures from the TSX Venture Exchange.
