Good Energy Expands Share Capital with Scrip Dividend

Good Energy (GB:GOOD) has released an update.

Good Energy Group PLC has announced the election of a scrip dividend alternative for holders of 1,925,319 ordinary shares, resulting in the issuance of 8,182 new shares at £2.56 each. This move increases the company’s total share capital to 18,252,162 ordinary shares and reflects continued investor interest in the renewable energy leader. Share dealings in the newly issued shares are expected to begin on 25 October 2024.
