Gooch & Housego PLC has reported a change in major holdings, with Odyssean Investment Trust PLC now holding 10.08% of the voting rights as of July 30, 2024. This marks an increase from the previous notification where Odyssean held 9.70% of the voting rights. The notification, which includes neither the acquisition of financial instruments nor proxy voting, was completed in London on July 31, 2024.
