Gooch & Housego Chairman’s Associate Buys Shares

Gooch & Housego (GB:GHH) has released an update.

Gooch & Housego PLC has announced that Elaine Sullivan, associated with the Chairman Gary Bullard, has purchased 2,000 ordinary shares at £4.56 each. This transaction has increased Bullard’s stake to a total of 54,205 shares, equating to 0.22% of the company’s issued share capital. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange on 15 August 2024.
