At Golik Holdings Limited’s 2024 Annual General Meeting, shareholders unanimously passed all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of directors, adoption of a new share option scheme, and authorization of a share repurchase mandate. The resolutions received 100% approval for most items, with the share-related mandates and new share option scheme each receiving 99.99% approval. Shareholders also agreed to the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company’s auditor.
