Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.1 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The dividend, which will be paid out at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09673, is scheduled for payment on August 16, 2024. Investors should note the varying withholding tax rates, with 10% for non-resident enterprises and individuals, and 20% for resident individuals in PRC receiving dividends through stock connect programs.
