Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on July 18, 2024, with the aim to seek approval for providing full guarantees and issuing letters of guarantee on behalf of its majority-owned subsidiaries in South Africa. Shareholders are entitled to appoint a proxy for voting and must have their share transfers registered by July 12, 2024, to be eligible to attend. The company has detailed the administrative procedures for proxy appointment and highlighted that attendees will bear their own transportation and accommodation costs.
