Goldwind Announces Approved Final Dividend

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co (HK:2208) has released an update.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the approval of a final dividend for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, at RMB1.0 per 10 shares, to be distributed to H share holders registered by June 28, 2024. The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, using an exchange rate of RMB0.91180 to HK$1.00, resulting in an approximate payout of HK$0.10967 per share before tax. Applicable taxes will be withheld for both corporate and individual shareholders in accordance with PRC tax laws.
