Goldsource Mines Inc. has delayed its special meeting for securityholders by one week to June 21, 2024, to allow time for reviewing additional disclosures in an amended technical report affecting its upcoming acquisition by Mako Mining Corp. Despite the review, the mineral resource estimates remain unchanged, and preliminary votes show over 97% support for the arrangement. The court hearing related to the acquisition is also rescheduled for June 26, 2024.
