Goldrea Resources (TSE:GOR) has released an update.

Goldrea Resources Corp. has successfully completed its final non-brokered private placement, raising $122,228 through the sale of over 10 million units. Each unit, priced at $0.012, includes a common share and a purchase warrant, which allows the holder to buy additional shares at $0.05 for the next three years. The funds will be utilized to explore the company’s mineral properties and for general working capital.
