GoldON Resources Initiates Major Financing Round

GoldON Resources (TSE:GLD) has released an update.

GoldON Resources Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement financing aimed at raising $400,000 by offering up to 8,000,000 units at $0.05 each. These units include a common share and a share purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.10 for two years post-offering. The capital will fund explorations at the West Madsen Gold Property and support general working capital needs, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
