Currys PLC has announced a significant change in their shareholding structure, with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. adjusting its voting rights through an acquisition or disposal. The change, which occurred on June 27, 2024, and was notified to Currys on July 1, 2024, resulted in Goldman Sachs holding a total of 3.317760% of the voting rights, down from a previous notification of 4.322558%.
