Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has altered its stake in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, reaching a 5.53% voting rights threshold on 09/07/2024, through a combination of shares and financial instruments including securities lending and convertible bonds. The acquisition has resulted in a direct voting rights share of 0.96% and an additional 4.57% through financial instruments.
