Goldex Resources Corporation has announced a temporary delay in filing its annual financial statements and related documents due to challenges in compiling necessary information, including delays from Guatemalan government agencies. The company has been granted a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) that restricts insider trading and has committed to providing bi-weekly updates until the required filings are completed, which is expected by June 28, 2024. Despite the setback, Goldex assures investors that it is making significant efforts to meet the new filing deadline with additional resources allocated to the task.
