Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. (GDHG) has released an update.
Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed amusement park operator, has entered into a strategic investment consulting agreement with Hong Kong-based Xiangyun Investment Co., LTD. Under the agreement, Xiangyun will seek and introduce strategic investors to Golden Heaven, as well as provide investment consulting and strategic planning services, particularly in the Asian cultural and tourism sectors. The deal includes a confidentiality clause and outlines service fees in the form of Class A ordinary shares, with stipulations for additional compensation contingent on successful investor introductions within a specified timeframe.
