Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd. has facilitated a significant site lease agreement where Tongling Jinsheng Amusement Investment Co. will lease its amusement park in Anhui Province to Fuzhou Yibang Amusement Park Co. for a decade. The deal, valued at RMB 30 million annually with a 2% annual increase, entrusts Party B with the park’s operation and maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.
