Gold Basin Resources Corporation (TSE:GXX) has released an update.
Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. is set to raise $1.3 million through a non-brokered private placement at $0.05 per unit, which includes a warrant to purchase additional shares at $0.10 within 24 months. The proceeds are earmarked for drilling on its Wishore Property in Ontario and groundwork on its Rare Earth Element properties in Quebec, as well as for general working capital. This new financial venture comes after the cancellation of a previous financing plan due to market conditions.
