Golden Agri-Resources successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 5, 2024, with a massive 99.24% shareholder attendance. Key agenda items included the approval of the company’s annual report, financial statements, and board supervisions for the year ending December 31, 2023; decisions on profit allocation; and the appointment of an independent public accountant for the upcoming fiscal year. Shareholders granted authority to the board to undertake significant corporate actions involving over 50% of the company’s net assets.
