Key agenda items included the approval of the company’s annual report, financial statements, and board supervisions for the year ending December 31, 2023; decisions on profit allocation; and the appointment of an independent public accountant for the upcoming fiscal year. Shareholders granted authority to the board to undertake significant corporate actions involving over 50% of the company’s net assets.
