Gold79 Mines Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $4 million, with the funds intended for the advancement of the company’s gold exploration endeavors in the southwest United States, including the Gold Chain project. The offering will occur in conjunction with their planned amalgamation with Bullet Exploration Inc., and the raised capital will be utilized regardless of the merger’s completion.
