Gold79 Mines Ltd., a company engaged in gold projects in the Southwest USA, announced the issuance of 306,396 common shares as a share payment for their Gold Chain project in Arizona. The shares, valued at US$48,000, are part of an option agreement, and they will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period after issuance, pending TSX-V approval.
