Gold Terra Resource Corp. has announced a $2.5 million private placement led by prominent investor Eric Sprott, aimed at funding ongoing drilling programs at the Campbell Shear target, part of the Con Mine Option property. The non-brokered offering will issue 50 million common shares at C$0.05 each and is expected to close by April 19, 2024. This strategic investment will support the company’s efforts to expand its high-grade gold resources in one of Canada’s major gold camps, leveraging the existing infrastructure of the historic Con Mine.
