Gold Road Resources Ltd has announced a change in director Duncan Gibbs’ interest, where he disposed of 56,179 fully paid ordinary shares at $1.78 per share, valued at $99,998.62, through an on-market transaction. The shares were held indirectly through Stockbridge Holdings Pty Ltd, which Gibbs is the sole director and shareholder, as well as a beneficiary of the Stockbridge Trust.
