Gold Reserve Inc. has announced a private placement of their Class A common shares, aiming to raise up to $30 million, with an over-allotment option that could increase total proceeds to $36 million. The funds are earmarked for the company’s bid for PDV Holdings’ shares, and general corporate purposes. The offering, priced at $4.10 per share, is expected to close by July 3, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
