Gold Reserve Inc. has announced a private placement of Class A common shares aiming to raise up to $30 million, with the possibility of reaching $36 million if the over-allotment option is fully exercised. The offering is priced at $4.10 per share and is set to close by July 3, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and formal documentation. The shares will be available in Canada and the U.S. under certain exemptions, with a four-month hold period in Canada.
