Gold Reserve Inc. has identified and corrected an error affecting the proxy voting forms for its shareholder meeting scheduled on September 16, 2024. The error pertained to how votes were registered for the Arrangement Resolution, and the company has clarified that any ‘withhold’ votes will now be counted as votes ‘against’ the proposal. The company has reassured investors that votes in favor will be unaffected by this amendment.
