Gold Peak Technology Group Limited reported a slight revenue decline of 1.6% to HK$6,476 million in FY2024, while gross profit margin improved to 28.5% from 26.6%. Despite a strong operational performance with profit before finance costs and associates’ results at HK$327.1 million, a loss of HK$367.3 million was attributed to owners, primarily due to an impairment loss in XIC Innovation. The Board proposed a final dividend of 1 HK cent per share amid these mixed results.
