Gold Mountain Mining Corp. shareholders showed strong confidence at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, approving all proposed resolutions with overwhelming majority votes for the re-election of directors, appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors, and endorsement of key corporate initiatives including the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan and a 10 to 1 share consolidation.
