Gold Mountain Mining Corp. has finalized its debt settlement transactions, resolving all secured debt with Nhwelmen Construction by issuing shares and a convertible debenture. Additionally, critical service vendors have converted their unsecured debt into company shares, both settlements involving a discount to the market price. The total potential shares issued post-conversion would represent 24.63% of the company’s non-diluted shares, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval.
