Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. held its Annual General and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on April 30, 2024, where it was decided not to distribute dividends due to fiscal year losses and to reelect the Board of Directors for a one-year term. The meeting, which was attended by shareholders representing 100% of the voting capital, also approved the financial statements and management reports for the previous year. Additionally, the Board was set to comprise 9 members, and amendments to the Company’s Bylaws were discussed.
