GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A., Brazil’s prominent domestic airline, has announced a capital increase through the exercise of options under its Stock Option Plan, approved by the Board of Directors. The capital increase amounts to BRL 2,918,462.54, resulting in a new share capital total of BRL 4,202,543,932.30, with the issuance of 1,113,917 new preferred shares at R$2.62 each. This move represents a dilution of approximately 0.0347% of the company’s total shares and 0.3289% of existing preferred shares.
