The Board confirms there is no disagreement or significant issues regarding PwC’s resignation, and the change is expected to have no significant impact on the Group’s annual audit. The appointment of Forvis Mazars CPA Limited, which is based on their industry reputation and expertise, will not require an extraordinary general meeting and aims to fulfill the company’s cost management objectives.
