GoDaddy (GDDY) has issued an update.
GoDaddy Inc.’s stockholders have given the green light to two significant incentive plans during their 2024 Annual Meeting, endorsing both the Omnibus Incentive Plan and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, aimed at broadening employee participation in the company’s growth. Additionally, they ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor for the upcoming fiscal year. The election of board directors and the approval of executive officer compensation also received shareholder backing, underpinning a strong vote of confidence in the company’s leadership and strategic direction.
