Following the company’s entry into Voluntary Administration on May 1, 2023, all cash has been seized, and the company has also lost control over all of its subsidiaries. No dividends were paid, recommended, or declared during this period, and the audit has resulted in a disclaimer of opinion due to limitations on auditing the Group’s records.
