GMV Minerals Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $221,100 through the issuance of 1,474,000 units at $0.15 each. The total financing aims to reach $300,000, with each unit comprising a common share and a warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.25 until 2025. The funds will enhance exploration at the company’s primary gold and lithium projects in Arizona, with a focus on expanding their Mexican Hat gold property.
