GLP J-REIT has announced that its property, GLP Kitamoto, has achieved the highest ‘6-star’ BELS rating and ‘ZEB Ready’ certification, reflecting its commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. With this new certification, 88.4% of GLP J-REIT’s portfolio is now environmentally certified. The company continues to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies in its operations, aiming to contribute to a sustainable society through its investment and asset management practices.
